Hypnosis has been shown to be efficacious in a range of clinical conditions, However, not all individuals are able to enter a hypnotic state, thereby limiting the clinical utility of this technique.

Question is, what supporting methods can be used to help someone with otherwise low hypnotic susceptibility  get into hypnotic state?

Interesting question.  The problem is that those of us 10-20% that have very low susceptability may not fit in the "normal" modality. So the methods today concentrate on figuring out the blue print of each subject mind and then using what ever feets the best that person. One thing for sure is that if you are coming with a ridgit script in an effort to hypnotize such a person you are likly to fail.
